COLUMBIA, S.C. – University of South Carolina junior forward Bradlee Baladez has earned NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America) All-South Third Team honors, as announced by the organization this week. This is the second-career selection for the Dallas, Texas, native.

In the history of South Carolina soccer, 45 student-athletes have combined for 70 NSCAA Regional honors, and at least one student-athlete has garnered an All-South award in every season since the 1983 campaign.

Baladez paced the Gamecocks in 2012 with four goals and three assists for a team-best 11 points. His 44 shots, including 20 on goal, were also team highs. Baladez scored his first two goals of the season at then-No. 5 Charlotte in early September, while also posting goals versus then-No. 9 Coastal Carolina and then-No. 25 Kentucky.

Earlier this postseason, Baladez earned All-Conference USA Second-Team honors.
