High School: Garnered four letters from coaches Wesley and Denis Kidd at West Stanly High School … Earned 2A all-state honors on three occasions from the North Carolina Softball Coaches Association…Also a three-time all-county, all-conference and all-district honoree … Also played basketball, leading the team in rebounding in 2009 and 2010 … Participate in the Bronco Nagurski Sports Leadership Conference in 2010 … Also a member of the national honor society … Plays travel ball with Carolina Elite and coach Tony Genovese, teaming with current Gamecocks Jordan Bizzell and Alaynie Page.

Why she chose South Carolina: “I love the coaches and the school. I look forward to making South Carolina Softball one of the top programs in the nation. Everything worked together for me at South Carolina.”

High School: Three-year letter-winner in softball for coach Rodney Stryk at Flatonia High School … A first-team small-schools All-American according to MaxPreps in 2012 … Three-time 1A all-state honoree by the Texas Girls Coaches Association … Holds the Texas record for most home runs in state tournament history … As a junior, led her team to the 2012 Texas 1A title, hitting the game-winning homer … The Lady Bulldogs went 30-5 in 2012, led by Williams’ eight homers and 52 RBI … Also drew 40 walks and stole 14 bases … Also earned three letters in both basketball and track and two in volleyball … An all-state selection in volleyball in 2010, an all-state pick in basketball in 2011 and 2012 and a part of the second-place 4x200m relay team in 2010 … A member of the national honor society.
