Columbia, S.C. –South Carolina women’s basketball hosted Media Day at Colonial Life Arena Thursday afternoon. The Gamecocks did a variety of team and individual photo shoots and met with local media in attendance. Head coach Dawn Staley spoke with the media about the 10 days since practice began on Oct. 1.

South Carolina will host an exhibition on Fri., Nov. 1, against North Greenville with the regular-season opener coming a week later on Fri., Nov. 8, against Charleston Southern.
