Burnett Finishes Tied for 19th in Ladies European Tour

GOLD COAST, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA – Former South Carolina All-American Katie Burnett finished in a tie for 19th place in the Ladies European Tour Volvik RACV Ladies Masters.

Burnett shot a 1-over 74 in Sunday’s final round giving her a total score of 288 (-4).

A native of Brunswick, Ga., Burnett attended South Carolina from 2008-2012 and wrapped up her Gamecock career as one of the best to ever wear the Garnet and Black. She earned second team All-America honors from both Golfweek and the National Golf Coaches Association after recording a fifth-place finish at the 2012 NCAA Championship, which is the best finish ever by a Gamecock at the event.
