Gamecocks Plan Selection Show Watch Party for Sunday Night at Wild Wing Vista

COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina’s softball team, with its 35-20 record, invites its fans to join them at Wild Wings Café in the Vista to watch the 2014 NCAA Division I Softball Tournament Selection Show on Sunday.

The show, airing on ESPNU at 10 p.m. EDT, will reveal the 64-team field for the tournament to the country. Fans are invited to join the Gamecocks and head coach Beverly Smith starting at 9:30 p.m.

The Gamecocks finished in a tie for eighth in the Southeastern Conference in 2014, their best finish in the league in seven years. Last season, South Carolina went 34-25 and made the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2007.
