Profile

  • Krystle Robinson only went on one college visit: South Carolina.
  • She loved everything about campus, including being close to her Valdosta, Ga., home.
  • She still considers SC home, loving the “student atmosphere, campus, city and team. Oh, and Grouchos!”
  • She remembers fondly the camaraderie of the student body, fellow student-athletes and teammates.
  • Robinson says she learned how to work together as a team but also when to take charge.
  • Gamecock Softball prepared her for the real world, always striving for excellence and being ready to pitch in when someone needs help.
  • She also learned discipline and not to give in when the going gets tough.
  • Robinson had Tommy John surgery during her days as a Gamecock, one of three surgeries during her playing days.
