COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina softball team hosts a tryout information meeting at 5 p.m. on Mon., Aug. 31 at Carolina Softball Stadium at Beckham Field, with tryouts set for Sept. 14, at 5 p.m. This is for any current students enrolled at the University of South Carolina only.

Associate head coach Lisa Navas will lead the meeting on Aug. 31 and hand out the required forms for those wishing to try out. For more information, contact her at lnavas@mailbox.sc.edu.

The Gamecocks improved their win total for the third-consecutive year, ending 2015 with a 38-22 mark and in the program’s third-straight NCAA Tournament.
