FORT WORTH, Texas – Hadley Berg and Megan Davies continued their winning ways on Saturday for South Carolina women’s tennis as the two pick up wins in their singles competitions on the second day of the Texas Christian Elite 5 Tournament.
Berg started singles with a 5-7, 6-4 (10-5) comeback win against Virginia’s Rosie Johanson highlighted with her determination to overcome the opening set loss. Davies finished singles with a quick and decisive 6-2, 6-4 victory over Camille Favero of Virginia.
With the wins, both Berg and Davies remain undefeated in the tournament through two days.
Carolina is set to finish off the tournament tomorrow with the final day of action set to begin at 9:30 a.m. ET.
