“I’m proud of the team’s comeback today,” South Carolina head coach Kalen Anderson said after the second round. “We played very well on our last 12 holes. The group is in a good rhythm, and all five are playing well. We look forward to putting it all together in tomorrow’s final round.”

As a team, the Gamecocks are at +2 for the tournament, led by Marion Veysseyre, who is in a tie for 24th with an even score through two rounds. Veysseyre shot a 69 in the second round to tie her best 18-hole score of her Gamecock career. Three Gamecocks finished with just one bogey in the second round to finish with the fifth-best team score of the day.
