Gamecocks End MLK Tournament Strong

ATLANTA, GA—No. 16 South Carolina men’s tennis ended the long weekend with a strong showing Monday at the Georgia Tech MLK Invitational. The Gamecocks finished up the round-robin tournament by going perfect in their singles matches.

Carolina was resilient when needed, winning all four of the singles matches that went to three sets. Sophomores Daniel Rodrigues and Jake Beasley both battled back to win their matches after dropping the first. Sophomore Raphael Lambling and junior Thomas Brown notched the other two three set wins. The Gamecocks also won every set that went to a tiebreak on the day.
