Softball Game Times For Charleston Southern Shifted Back
Carolina now playing at 4 and 7 to fit TV schedule
COLUMBIA, S.C. —- No. 20 South Carolina softball’s game times for its doubleheader against Charleston Southern on April 7 have shifted back due to television time slots. The first game against the Buccaneers will now start at 4:00 p.m. ET and stream on SEC Network+ while first pitch for the second game is slated for 7:00 p.m. and will be broadcast nationally on SEC Network.
The change gives Carolina nine nationally broadcast games this season starting Sunday on SEC Network in the series final against No. 19 Arkansas at 1:00 p.m.
South Carolina is set to open a 10-game home stand tonight against Georgia Southern. First pitch from Carolina Softball Stadium at Beckham Field is set for 6:00 p.m. on SEC Network+ with former Gamecock standout Chrissy Schoonmaker and Burch Antley on the call.
