COLUMBIA, S.C. —- Mackenzie Boesel posted her 19th multi-hit game of the year in Monday night’s 4-2 loss to No. 16 Tennessee. South Carolina brought the winning run to the plate in the bottom of the seventh before Ashley Rogers’ 136th pitch of the night sealed the win for the Lady Vols.

The multi-hit night was Boesel’s fifth in SEC play this season. Her career best for SEC multi-hit games is nine (2018) while her career best in multi-hit contests for an entire season is 21 (2018).
