Ana Pelaez Begins Play at U.S. Women’s Open Thursday

COLUMBIA, S.C.  –  University of South Carolina women’s golf senior Ana Pelaez begins her run at the U.S. Women’s Open set for Thursday June 3 through Sunday June 6 at The Olympic Club in San Francisco. 

Pelaez wrapped up her South Carolina career with an outstanding senior campaign that saw her earn WGCA Second Team All-America honors in addition to her All-SEC First Team distinction. Pelaez finished the season with a 71.45 scoring average on the year, and the third lowest scoring average in program history at 73.35. 

The Malaga, Spain native is set to tee off at 11:54 a.m. ET on Thursday and 5:09 p.m. Friday. Coverage of the U.S. Women’s Open airs on Peacock from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday before switching to Golf Channel from 7-11 p.m. and repeats those times/channels for Friday’s coverage.
