Gamecock Athletics Announces SC Farm Bureau Insurance as Presenting Sponsor of Gamecock Village
The University of South Carolina Athletics Department and its multimedia rightsholder, LEARFIELD’s Gamecock Sports Properties, announce SC Farm Bureau Insurance as the presenting sponsor of Gamecock Village – the hub of Gamecock football pregame activities.
Now referred to as Gamecock Village Presented by Farm Bureau Insurance, the official pre-game fan fest area of Williams-Brice Stadium opens four and a half hours prior to kickoff, offering fans a bevy of tailgating activities. Gamecock fans can enjoy live music, games, refreshments and fun for the whole family. Gamecock Village is also home to the Gamecock Walk featuring the entire football team as they make their way to the stadium for the game, followed by a pep rally featuring the South Carolina Band – the Mighty Sound of the Southeast – Gamecock Cheerleaders and the Carolina Dance team.
