Gamecock Track & Field to Hold Walk-On Tryout Meeting

COLUMBIA, S.C. (August 22, 2023) – South Carolina Track & Field will be holding an informational meeting regarding walk-on tryouts. Students interested in joining the Gamecock Track & Field program as a walk-on are invited to attend the meeting tomorrow, August 23, at the Sheila & Morris Cregger Outdoor Track Facility, located at 200 S. Marion Street.

The meeting will begin promptly at 2 p.m. All interested students must be enrolled at the University of South Carolina and must be in good academic standing.
