The Gamecocks will look to avenge a 74-69 loss back on Jan. 16, 2024 in a game in which the team had a poor shooting performance and a tough night at the charity stripe.

South Carolina, who has defeated a pair of top-10 opponents in its last three games, is looking to win its fifth straight dating back to a 77-64 win at Arkansas on Jan. 20. It would mark the team’s third five-game winning streak this season.

Georgia built a 16-point lead on No. 24/22 Alabama on Wednesday night but the Crimson Tide outscored the Bulldogs 58-35 in the second half to comeback and win, 85-76.

UGA has a trio of players who average double figures in Jabri Abdur-Rahim (13.1 ppg), Noah Thomasson (12.0 ppg) and RJ Melendez (11.3 ppg). The Bulldogs also feature a pair of talented freshman guards in Silas Demary Jr. and Blue Cain.
