Each individual track event, excluding distance, will be composed of a first round (Top 48), followed by the quarterfinals (best 24 after opening round). Once the quarterfinals have taken place, the top 12 (top three in each heat plus next three fastest times) will secure their spots in the 2024 NCAA Championship in Eugene, Ore. on June 5-8. Field events operate differently, with throws, long jump and triple jump each getting three attempts, while high jump and pole vault will keep competing until there are only 12 remaining athletes.

The relay events and distance events will each run one race with the top 12 advancing to the national championship in two weeks.

The men will compete on Wednesday and Friday, while the women will compete on Thursday and Saturday. For a full schedule of the NCAA East Regional, click here.
