Softball Announces TV Information for 2026 Season

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The complete broadcast schedule and first pitch times for the 2026 South Carolina softball season were announced Monday (Feb. 2). The Gamecocks will have 53 of their games broadcast during the 2026 season. A total of 11 games will air on national television, while 36 other games will be broadcast on ESPN’s digital platforms.

Six of Carolina’s eight SEC weekend series will have at least one game shown on SEC Network or ESPN.

The Gamecocks kick off the softball broadcast season March 8 on the SEC Network at noon when they play their Sunday finale against defending National Champion Texas. Two days later their home game against Duke will also be on SEC Network at 6 p.m.

The first game of the SC Education Lottery Palmetto Series will be on the SEC Network at 7:30 p.m.

Carolina will play its Monday series at Mississippi State (March 28-30), with Saturday and Sunday’s games (7 p.m.) both being broadcast on the SEC Network. Its game at Tennessee on April 4 (5:30 p.m.) will also be on SECN.

The Gamecocks return home the following weekend to host Florida, with their games on April 10 and 11 both airing on the SEC Network at 6 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively. South Carolina goes on the road April 14 for the final game of the SC Education Lottery Palmetto Series which will be broadcast on the ACC Network at 6 p.m.

The next weekend the Gamecocks travel to Missouri, where Saturday’s game on April 18 will be on the SEC Network at 6 p.m.

Carolina’s Friday night game against Texas A&M on April 24 will be on ESPN2 at 7 p.m.

Every home game at Carolina Softball Stadium at Beckham Field and all SEC contests not televised will be streamed on SEC Network Plus. The Gamecocks will have their game at Coastal Carolina (Mar. 11) broadcast on ESPN+ and the game at North Carolina on April 22 will be on ACC Network Extra. All five games at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic will be broadcast on FloSports.
