2019: Outdoor – Ran at two meets for Oregon … Was a member of the Ducks’ winning 4X100-meter and 4X400-meter relay teams at the Sun Angel Track Classic … Was the runner-up at the Sun Angel Classic in the 100 and 200 meters’ races. Indoor – Was a member of the national champion Distance Medley Relay team for Oregon … Helped the Ducks win the DMR at the MPSF Indoor Championships … Helped Oregon win the 4X400-meter relay at the Don Kirby Elite. 
 
2018: Outdoor – Earned first-team All-American honors by helping her team take third place in the 4×400 meter relay at the NCAA Championships … Also earned first-team All-American honors in the 400 meters (1:49.13) at the NCAA Championships … Placed second in the 400 meter semi-finals with a time of 51.25 at the NCAA West Preliminaries … The Pac-12 champion in the 200 meters … Enjoyed a phenomenal showing at the Pac-12 Championships, winning the conference title in the 200 meters in a windy 22.37 after running the top prelim time with a huge lifetime-best of 22.53 … Also finished as the Pac-12 runner-up in the 400 meters in another career-best of 50.63 … 50.63 is No. 2 all-time at Oregon in the 400 meters, and 22.53 in the 200 meters is good for No. 6 in UO history … Helped her team take second place and move into ninth all-time at Oregon in the 4×100 meter relay (43.3) at the Desert Heat Classic … Also took second place and moved into eighth all-time at Oregon in the 100 meters (11.25) at the Desert Heat Classic … Helped her team take first place in the 4×400 meter relay (3:31.93) and took fifth place in the 400 meters (52.05) at the Mt. Sac Relays Elite Invitational … Took first place in the 200 meters with a time of 23.26 at the Mt. Sac Relays Collegiate Open … Placed second in the 200 meters (23.66w) and helped her team take second place in the 4×100 meter relay (44.16) at the Pepsi Invitational. Indoor – Earned first team All-American honors helping her team record a season-best time of 3:30.00 and finishing fourth in the 4×400 meter relay finals at the NCAA Championships … Earned second team All-American honors with a time of 7.47 in the 60 meter preliminaries at the NCAA Championships … Finished first in the 60 meters (7.37) and the 200 meters (23.41) at the 2018 MPSF Championships … Helped her team take first place in the 4×400 relay (3:30.18) at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational to record the third best time in UO history and also the second best mark in the nation this season … Set a new personal best and recorded the sixth fastest time in UO history in the 60 meters at the Don Kirby Invitational with a time of 7.18 … Helped her team take first place in the 4×400 relay (3:32.92) at the Columbia Challenge to record the sixth fastest time in UO history and set a new meet record … Also took second in both the 60 meters (7.29) and 400 meters (53.50) at the Columbia Challenge … Finished the 60 meters third overall in 7.41 at the UW Indoor Preview.
 
2017: Outdoor – Earned first-team All-American honors in the 4×400 meter relay and second-team All-American honors in the 400 meters… Member of the national championship 4×400 meter relay team who set a new collegiate and school record with a time of 3:23.13 to clinch the team outdoor title and the Triple Crown … Also took ninth in the 400 meters at the NCAA Championships with a time of 52.07 …  Advanced to the NCAA Championships in the 400 meters after posting a time of 51.75 at the NCAA West Regionals … Finished fourth in the 400 meters (51.67) and fifth in the 200 meters (22.90) at the Pac-12 Championships … Helped set a new collegiate record in both the 4×200 (1:28.78) and 4×100 (42.34) at the Florida Relays … Finished the 4×400 relay in 3:26.07 at the Florida Relays which is good for second in Oregon history… Won the 200 meters (23.24) and placed fourth in the 400 meters (53.05) at the Mt.SAC Relays… Broke 4×100 collegiate record that she helped set earlier in the season by finishing in 42.12 at the Mt.SAC Relays… Helped her sprint medley team win with a time of 3:39.05 at the Penn Relays… Indoor – Member of the second-place 4x400m relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships, earning her first career all-America honor … Placed second in the 60 Meter finals (7.29) at the UW Indoor Preview … Placed fifth in the 200 Meters (23.59) at the Columbia East/West Challenge, placed first in two other events including the 400 Meter (53.1) and the 4×400 (3:33.79) … Set a new personal record and took third place in the 60 meters with a time of 7.25 at the UNM Don Kirby Indoor… Came in fourth place in the 60 meters at the MPSF Championships with a time of 7.29.
 
High School: Ended decorated high school career at McEachern High School with state titles in the 200 and 400 meters as well as the 4×100 and 4×400 meter relays … Crowned the 2014 Georgia 400 meter Champion after finishing second as a freshman …qualified for state finals in 200 every year…took third at High School National Championships in the 400 in 2015…USATF Junior Olympic National Champion and USATF Youth National Champion in 400 in 2015…ran the 11th fastest high school quarter-mile time in 2015…also ran the sixth fastest 400 in the country during the indoor season (54.71), second fastest junior in the country behind Hannah Waller.
