Competed in five meets during the indoor season, running the 200m, 400m and the 4x400m relay … Opened the season at the Gamecock Opener with a second place finish in the 400m with a time of 47.76, while also finishing runner-up in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:12.17 … The following week at the New Balance Collegiate Showdown, he ran a new PR in the indoor 200m, finishing fifth with a time of 21.80 … Was also the anchor leg of the 4x400m relay team that won the New Balance Collegiate Showdown, clocking 3:14.61 … Had a career day at the SEC Indoor Championship, running a new indoor 400m PR of 46.89 in the prelims and then scored in the 4x400m relay when his squad finished eighth with a time of 3:11.10.

Outdoor
Appeared in seven meets during his first outdoor season, primarily running in the 400 and the 4x400m relay … Competed in the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the SEC Outdoor Championship, running 47.10 in the 400m prelims and was the second leg of the relay team that put together the fastest time this season for the Gamecocks at 3:10.08 … Made his outdoor debut as the opening leg of the 4x400m relay at the Shamrock Invitational, leading the team to a first place finish with a time of 3:15.82 … Made his home debut at the Weems Baskin Invitational, winning the 400m race with a mark of 47.31, while also setting a new PR in the 200m at 21.68 … Broke the 47 second mark at the USC Outdoor Open 400m sprint, clocking 46.59 for a new personal best and a third place finish.

Indoor
Competed in five meets as a true freshman, running the 200m, 400m and the 4x400m relay … Began his collegiate career with a win in the 400m at the Clemson Opener, running a personal best 48.19 … Was also the second leg of the relay team that finished second with a time of 3:12.46 … Ran 48.49 in the 400m at the Gamecock Opener to finish fourth, also running as the third leg on the relay team that won the Gamecock Opener with a time of 3:09.71 … The following week, he posted his collegiate best in the 200m at the Carolina Challenge, running 22.00 to finish sixth overall … His final two 4x400m relays resulted in a pair of top three finishes.
