• Made 13 appearances for the Gamecocks and was 1-0 with a 4.72 ERA
• Struck out 10 batters, allowing 13 hits with seven earned runs and eight walks
• Had a pair of strikeouts in an inning in a win over Winthrop (Feb. 20)
• Pitched a 1-2-3 inning with a strikeout in a win over Belmont (Feb. 23)
• Closed out a 7-inning no-hitter in a win over Miami (Ohio) (Feb. 18)
• Struck out two in an inning against Longwood (March 10)
• Earned the win at Winthrop (May 7), pitching 1.1 innings of hitless relief

PRIOR TO CAROLINA

• Played two seasons at Virginia Tech, where he made 13 appearances on the mound as a sophomore in 2023
• Struck out 15 batters in 12 innings pitched with a 1-1 record in 2023
• Made six relief appearances for the Hokies in 2022, recording seven strikeouts in four innings pitched
• Was named the No. 10 incoming ACC freshman and the No. 51 freshman overall by Perfect Game in 2022
• Graduated from William Byrd High School in Vinton, Va., where he was a four-year varsity pitcher and infielder
• First Team All-State (2021)
• Blue Ridge District Player of the Year (2021)
• As a senior, went 3-1 with a 0.70 ERA and 50 strikeouts in 30 innings pitched
• Also played football at William Byrd, where he played wide receiver and safety and was a first team all-region selection in 2019
