2016 (Sophomore)

• Started the team’s opening two matches of the season, going the distance vs. No. 3 Clemson (8/26) and Mercer (8/30)… assisted on Kevin Walker’s goal in the 15th minute vs. the Tigers… suffered an injury and was sidelined the rest of the season… earned spots on the C-USA and SEC Academic Honor Rolls.

2015 (Freshman)

• Played in 18 matches, starting 16 … Credited with one assist, coming on the second goal in the win over Georgia Southern (8/31) … Drew most starts at central defender, and his efforts led to him earning Conference USA All-Freshman Team accolades … Posted a season-high two shots at No. 15 Kentucky (10/18) … Played all 90 minutes in both C-USA Tournament matches and gained a post on the All-Tournament Team … Gained a spot on the Southeastern Conference First-Year Academic Honor Roll and the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

PRE-COLLEGE

• Played with the Tynset team for coach Trond Erik Skogan … Scored 10 goals in 11 games to win Juniors Player of the Year in 2013 … Moved up to the senior team the next season … Also competed in cross-country skiing and handball as a youth.

PERSONAL

• Son of Idar Nyboe and Mari Moroenning … Has two brothers, Sigurd and Halvor … Says his favorite player is Zinedine Zidane … Chose South Carolina over UCF … Majoring in sport management.
