  • Went 18-6 in dual matches from the No. 2 (2-0), 3 (10-3) and 4 (6-3) positions
  • Defeated 8 nationally ranked opponents, with his highest ranked win coming over No. 51 Wissam Abderrahman of Clemson
  • Sent the Gamecocks to the semifinals of the SEC Championship, clinching the quarterfinals match against Florida at 4-1 following a three set comeback, 7-6(5), 0-6, 6-4
  • Was named to the All-Tournament team following his performances at the SEC Championship

  • Claimed his first career ranked singles win in a three-set comeback over then No. 106 Anuj Watane of North Carolina 2-6, 7-5, 7-5 at the ITA Carolina Regionals
  • Advanced to the singles quarterfinals of the ITA Carolina Regionals
  • Played dual singles matches at the Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6 positions, posting winning records at Nos. 3, 4, and 5
  • Began his dual career by clinching South Carolina’s win at then-No. 1 ranked Virginia with a three-set victory over Alexander Kiefer
  • Won four ranked singles matches during his freshman season with his highest over then No. 52 Joseph Wayand of NC State 6-1, 6-3
