2021 (GRADUATE SENIOR):
One of the best defensive players in South Carolina history… Kenzi Maguire finished her historic Carolina career in 2021… She posted a career best in batting average (.427), games played and started (52), runs (55), hits (64, tied with 2018), triples (3), RBI (38), slugging percentage (.613), hit by pitches (24) and on-base percentage (.550)… Notably became the school record holder in hit by pitches in a career with 82.
2020 (RS-SENIOR):
Hit. 328 in 23 games, drawing 23 starts at shortstop for Carolina… Posted 20 hits in 61 at-bats with 22 runs, five doubles and two home runs… Slugged .508 with 14 walks and nine hit by pitches on her way to a .512 on-base percentage… Finished a perfect 1-for-1 on stolen bases… Had four multi-hit games and one multi-RBI game… Had a six-game hitting streak at one point and posted a 41-game reached base streak dating back to 2019 that was snapped on Mar. 11 against Winthrop… Started the year with a 2-for-2 performance against Ohio State on Feb. 7… Went 2-for-4 with a run scored against Boston College in a 3-2(8) win… Posted a perfect 3-for-3 night with two runs and three RBI in a 10-0 (5) win over Charlotte on Feb. 29… Named a CoSIDA Academic All-American for the first time in her career.

Started all 66 games at shortstop for the Gamecocks… Produced one of her finer seasons at Carolina with a career best in batting average (.315), at bats (203), runs (49), hits (64), doubles (14), triples (2), RBI (32), total bases (88), walks (18), on-base percentage (.417) and stolen bases (11)… Found plenty of success throughout the year at the plate with 16 multi-hit games, nine multi-RBI games and an 11-game hitting streak and 23-game reached base streak, both of which were bests for Carolina… Hit .313 in conference play with 16 runs and 25 hits… Batted a team-best .441 with 45 hits as the leadoff hitter to start an inning… Started the season reaching base in the first 23 games, including a hit in 19 of those games… Went 3-for-4 with two runs scored in a win over Hofstra in Miami (2/10)… Produced with a season-best four RBI in a win over Marshall (3/4)… Hit her first home run of the season to help the Gamecocks to a win at Ole Miss in a 2-for-4 game with two runs scored (3/17)… Scored the winning run against Tennessee to lead the Gamecocks to a sweep over the Volunteers (3/23)… Followed that moment up with a 3-for-3 day with two runs scored the following day to seal the series victory over Tennessee (3/24)… Hit the go-ahead home run at Texas A&M in the top of the sixth to lead the Gamecocks to their second-ever win in College Station (4/1)… Fielded what would later be voted as the SEC Defensive Play of the Year in a win over Mississippi State (4/28)… Had a season-high four runs scored in a win over Charleston Southern (5/2)… Was named to the All-SEC Second Team and was an All-Region Second Team honoree… Named SEC Player of the Week for the first time in her career (4/10).
2017 (SOPHOMORE):
Started the first nine games at shortstop before an injury curtailed her season … Applied for a medical redshirt … Scored three times while doubling twice and driving in three runs in the Sunday win over Presbyterian (2/12) … Posted a single in the seventh-inning rally that handed head coach Beverly Smith her 200th win in the triumph against Charlotte (2/12) … Went 2-for-4 against Texas (2/17) before suffering the injury … Played in the final three games of the Texas Invitational (2/17-19), scoring a run in the Louisiana Tech win … Gained placement on the Southeastern Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2016 (FRESHMAN):
