Indoor: Made a huge leap in production in his second season with the Gamecocks… Finished 4th at the 2020 SEC Indoor Championships in the Weight Throw… Threw a PR at the SEC Championships with a toss of 20.82m… Broke 20 meters at the Tiger Paw Invite and then hit over 20 meters in the final three meets of the season… Won the USC Indoor Open, Orange and Purple Elite and Gamecock Opener… Finished in the top five in every meet but one… Finished with the 33rd best throw in the country.

2019
Indoor: Focused on the weight throw in his first campaign with Carolina, making steady improvement during the year… finished second in his debut meet, the Orange & Purple Elite, throwing 17.89m (58-8 1/2)… earned his first win with a throw of 17.01m (55-9) at the USC Indoor Open… closed the indoor season with a huge PR, 18.76m (61-6 3/4) to come in 12th at the SEC Championships.
Outdoor: Made huge strides in his first outdoor year with the Gamecocks, ending the season as an NCAA Regional qualifier… started the year with a second-place discus finish at the Black & Gold Challenge, throwing 49.98m (163-11)… followed that up with a victory at the Buccaneer Invitational, measuring 48.83m (160-2) to notch the win… added a second-place finish at the USC Outdoor Open… threw a massive PR at the Penn Relays, a mark of 54.14m (177-7) to finish eighth in the championship flight… came in 12th at the SEC Championships, with a top throw of 49.52 (162-5)… ended the season with another personal record, throwing 54.94m (180-3) to take 18th at the NCAA East Regional… that’s the 10th-best throw in Carolina program history… also threw the hammer at four meets, including second-place finishes at the Buccaneer Invitational and both home meets.

Competed for two seasons at USC Beaufort, where he was coached by Bernard Gaither… Was the Sun Conference’s Field MVP in 2018 and led USCB to the 2017 Sun Conference title… Was a two-time NAIA Championship qualifier in the discus, finishing 14th in 2017 and 11th in 2018… Won the discus throw at the 2017 conference meet and the hammer in 2018.

Competed at West Ashley High School in Charleston, S.C., for head coaches Catherine Porter and Austin Miller… Was a region champion and a lower state qualifier… Also played football for the Wildcats.
Personal
Son of Donald Moultrie and Bernadette Paul… Has two brothers, Theo and Malcolm… Majoring in information technology at Carolina, with the goal of becoming a Cyber Systems Operator in the U.S. Air Force… Chose to come to Carolina because of the amazing atmosphere and energy surrounding the program.
