Natasha Hastings

Natasha Hastings is in her second season as a graduate assistant with the South Carolina track and field programs.

Hastings is one of the all-time greats in school history on the track. Hastings owns the indoor 400-meter record (50.80) and held the outdoor record until 2019. She is still No. 2 in the outdoor 400 meters with a time of 49.84. Hastings went undefeated during her junior season, taking home the 400-meter titles in both the indoor and outdoor season.

Hastings has competed in two Olympic Games (2008 and 2016) and took home gold medals as a member of the USA’s 4X400-meter relay team. Hastings is also an eight-time world champion as members of the American 4X400-meter relay team.
