Appeared in four meets during his freshman campaign, competing in the 60-meter sprint and the long jump … Ran the 60m in two separate meets, turning in a personal best time of 6.91 at the USC Indoor Open, finishing seventh overall … Jumped in all four meets, starting with a collegiate debut in the South Carolina Invitational when he jumped 6.92m (22-8.5) to finish seventh overall … Jumped a personal best 7.07m (23-2.5) at the Tiger Paw Invite … Appeared in the SEC Indoor Championship, but fouled each of his three attempts.

Outdoor

Competed in seven meets during his first outdoor season, running the 100-meter sprint, the 4×100 meter relay and appearing in the long jump … Jumped just one time during the outdoor season, registering 6.21m (20-4.5) at the Island Relays Bahamas on March 18 … Ran a wind-aided personal best 100-meter time of 10.46 (2.7) at the USC Open … Set a wind-legal PR at the SEC Championship when he ran 10.50 (1.2) … Best 100m finish of the season was fifth at the Weems Baskin Relays on March 25 when he clocked 10.66 (0.7) … Was part of the 4×100 meter relay team that ran a season-best time of 39.99 to win at the Weems Baskin Relays … Finished ninth in the 4×100 meter relay at the SEC Championship with a time of 40.00 … Appeared in the NCAA East Regional in the 4×100 meter relay, but was ultimately disqualified for a lane violation.

High School

Graduated from Chapman High School in Inman, S.C., in 2022… coached by Harry Cabannis… became one of the state’s biggest breakout performers as a senior when he recorded 79 receptions for 1,445 yards and 19 touchdowns… had a school-record 270 receiving yards on 12 catches against Woodruff with five going for touchdowns, breaking Deebo Samuel’s mark of 266 set nine years earlier… selected for the South Carolina Shrine Bowl roster… earned South Team Offensive MVP in the Touchstone Energy Bowl all-star game in Myrtle Beach after catching three passes for 34 yards, including a 29-yard fourth quarter touchdown that tied the game… began his prep career as a running back, but grew six inches between his sophomore and junior seasons, and converted to wide receiver… also ran track at Chapman.
