2023

Indoor

Competed in six events during the indoor campaign, appearing in five events during the season … Set a new personal record in the 60m dash at the Tiger Paw Invite, running 6.78 … Also registered a new personal best in the 60-meter hurdles when he ran 8.02 in the semifinals of the South Carolina Invitational … Finished fourth twice in the 60-meter hurdles, at the Clemson Opener (Dec. 2) and the Gamecock Opener (Jan. 14) … Finished seventh in the high jump at the Gamecock Opener with a new personal best of 1.80m (5-10.75) … Competed in the long jump at four events, finishing third at the Clemson Opener and 17th in the SEC Championship when he jumped a career best 7.30m (23-11.5) … Competed in the pole vault at one event, finishing fifth at the Clemson Opener with a height of 3.90m (12-9.5).

Outdoor

Competed in six meets as a multi-athlete, appearing in six different events … Recorded two new personal bests this season, doing so in the discus and the javelin … Threw 35.78m (117-4) in the discus at the USC Open on April 22 and tossed 49.60m (162-9) in the javelin at the Island Relays Bahamas … Took part in the SEC Championship in Baton Rouge, running 11.78 (1.6) in the 100m sprint.

2022

Indoor

Competed in six events during the indoor season, taking part in six different events, including the heptathlon at the SEC Indoor Championship … Began the indoor season placing fourth in the 60-meter hurdles at the Gamecock Opener with a time of 8.35 and finishing sixth in the shot put with a mark of 12.18m/39-11.50 … Fast forward to the South Carolina Invitational where he set his 60mH season best of 8.09 to place fifth and followed that up with a then indoor personal record in the long jump (7.10m/23-3.50) to finish fourth overall … Really broke out in the SEC Indoor Championship, finishing ninth in the heptathlon with 5,207 points, a new personal best for the Arizona native … During the conference championship, he set a season best in the 60m (6.82), shot put (12.65m/41-6), pole vault (4.25m/13-11.25) and the 1,000m with a time of 2:45.70 … His 60-meter time of 6.82 led all heptathletes in the SEC Championship.

Outdoor

Had a very busy spring season, competing in eight meets and taking part in 11 different events, including qualifying for the NCAA East Prelims in the 4×100 (posted a time of 39.51) … Began the outdoor campaign by competing in four events at the Tiger Track Classic: high jump, long jump, javelin and the 4×100 (finishing third in the 4×100 relay with a time of 41.14) … Had a strong showing at the Weems Baskin, finishing first in the 4×100 (40.10), second in the pole vault (4.13m/13-6.50) and fifth in the high jump (1.80m/5-10.75) … Recorded a pair of outdoor personal bests in thee Gamecock Invitational (April 16), doing so in the high jump (1.85m/6-0.75) and the pole vault (4.30m/14-1.25) … In the very next meet at the UofSC Open, he recorded a time of 14.44 in the 100-meter hurdle, setting yet another new outdoor personal best … Had a strong showing in the SEC Outdoor Championship where he competed in the decathlon, finishing eighth with 6,542 points … Recorded three Top-3 finishes in the decathlon, including winning the 100m with a time of 10.45 (wind-aided) … Recorded three outdoor PRs in the decathlon: long jump (7.14m/23-5.25), shot put (13.10m/42-11.75), 400m (48.66), while also recording a season best in the javelin (47.62m/156-2).

2021
Indoor

Competed in two heptathlon competitions, including the SEC Championships … Finished 12th at the SEC meet in the heptathlon with 4,878 points … Took seventh in the heptathlon at the South Carolina Invitational … Was the fastest multi athlete in the 60 meters at the South Carolina Invitational and the SEC Championships … Also ran in the 60-meter hurdles at the Gamecock Opener and USC Indoor Open … Competed in the long jump at the Gamecock Opener and the Carolina Challenge … Threw the shot put at the USC Indoor Open.

Outdoor

Competed in the decathlon at the SEC Championships, taking seventh with 6,737 points for his collegiate personal best … Earned five top-10 finishes in individual events throughout the season … Competed in the long jump and pole vault at Weems Baskin … Threw the shot put, discus and javelin at the USC Open … Threw the javelin at four other meets, helping improve throughout the season by over two meters.

2020
Indoor

Began season as a sprint/hurdles athlete but transitioned to the Heptathlon during the 2019-20 NCAA Indoor Track and Field season… Finished 12th with 4832 points at the 2020 SEC Indoor Championships in his first career Heptathlon.

Outdoor

High School

In high school he won the 300m hurdles at the Arizona Meet of Champions with a state-record time of 37.45… Was the Arizona Jr. Olympics champion and a New Balance Nationals qualifier.
