Appeared in five meets on the season, running the mile, 3K and the distance medley relay … Opened his indoor season with his first collegiate 3K, finishing 16^th at the Clemson Opener … Finished fourth in the 3K at the Carolina Challenge, running 8:50.67 … Ran a personal best 8:44.17 in the USC Indoor Open 3K … Set a new indoor mile personal best at the South Carolina Invitational when he turned in a time of 4:23.71 … Saw success in the DMR at the Gamecock Opener, finishing first as the anchor leg with a time of 10:24.83 … Also posted second at the Carolina Challenge DMR, running 10:31.05 and capping things off as the anchor.

Outdoor

Appeared in just two outdoor meets, running the 5,000m in both meets … Opened the outdoor season at the Weems Baskin Relays with his first collegiate 5K, running 15:47.87 … Recorded his season best and new PR in the 5K at the USC Open, finishing 12^th overall with a time of 15:38.48.

2022

Indoor

Competed in four meets in his first season with the Gamecocks, running the mile in four meets and also running the distance medley relay once … Made his collegiate debut in the Gamecock Opener with a mile time of 4:38.83 to place 17^th and also finished fourth in the DMR with a time of 11:07.17 … Tallied his personal-best in the mile at the Carolina Challenge after stopping the clock at 4:36.10.

Outdoor

Competed in three outdoor meets, all home events for Carolina … Ran the 1,500-meter in all three meets, placing 18^th in his outdoor debut at the Weems Baskin Relays with a time of 4:18.07 … Finished second in the Gamecock Invitational 1500m following a time of 4:06.93 … Ran his 1500m personal-best in his final appearance of the season at the UofSC Open with a mark of 4:06.55.

High School

Was an all-state cross-country runner in 2019 and 2020 … Earned All-State honors in track and field in 2021 … Helped his team win a state title in 2021 … Was the captain of his cross country team … Is a member of the fastest 4X800-meter relay team in Philip Simmons HS history … Earned four cross country letters and three track and field letters.
