Appeared in eight meets during the indoor season, running the 800m, 1000m, mile and the distance medley relay … Opened the season at the Clemson Opener on December 2 with a new PR in the 1000m, running 2:28.61 to finish third overall – posting the sixth fastest 1,000m run in Gamecock history … Ran a new PR in the mile to open the 2023 calendar year, clocking 4:29.50 at the Gamecock Opener … Won a pair of 800m races during the indoor season, including the USC Indoor Open where he ran the fifth fastest time in Gamecock history with a new PR of 1:49.70 … Competed in the SEC Championship in the 800m, finishing 13^th with a time of 1:50.31 … Was a member of the DMR team that clocked the fastest time of the season for Carolina, running as the opening leg and helping clock 10:07.43 … Also ran on the DMR team at the SEC Indoor Championship, finishing 11^th overall following a time of 10:17.91.

Outdoor

Appeared in five outdoor meets during his campaign, running the 400m, 800m, 1500m and the distance medley relay … Began his outdoor season with a fourth-place finish in the 800m at the Island Relays Bahamas with a time of 1:55.18 … Was also a member of the 4x800m team that finished runner up with a time of 7:53.21 in the Bahamas … Set a new outdoor PR in the 800m at the Florida Relays when he ran the ninth fastest 800m in Gamecock history with a time of 1:49.57 … Broke through at the Weems Baskin Relays when finished second in the 400m with a PR time of 48.50, while also running 4:13.05 in the 1500m … Was the anchor leg on the 4x800m relay team at the Florida Relays that ran the second fastest time in program history, clocking 7:25.33 to finish second overall.

Appeared in six meets during the indoor season, running both the 800m and the distance medley relay … Began the indoor season with a win in the 800m at the Orange and Purple Elite (Jan. 8) following a time of 1:57.68 … Followed that performance up with a runner-up finish in the Gamecock Opener (Jan. 15) when he clocked 1:54.38 … Set a new indoor 800m PR at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 12) when he turned in a time of 1:52.94 … Ran the DMR at the SEC Indoor Championship, finishing with a time of 9:49.50, the second fastest indoor DMR in program history.

Outdoor

Appeared in five outdoor meets, recording times in the 800m, 1500m, 4×400 and the 4x800m relay … Earned his outdoor 800m season best at the Tiger Track Classic on March 19 when he finished runner up with a time of 1:52.01 … Also placed first in the 4x400m relay when his team clocked a 3:12.75 … Finished first in the 4x800m relay at the Weems Baskin Relays (7:46.61) and also set a new PR in the 1500m when he registered a time of 3:57.46.

Ran four times for the Gamecocks in his first season in Columbia … Primarily ran the 800m for the Gamecocks, finishing with the fourth best time on the team during the season … Finished seventh at the USC Indoor Open in the 800m, running a time of 1:57.86… Made his Carolina debut at the Gamecock Opener, finishing in 36th in the 800m.
