Appeared in four meets during his sophomore indoor season, running the mile, 3K and a pair of DMR races … Earned Third Team All-SEC in the DMR at the SEC Indoor Championship, leading the Gamecocks to a program-record time of 9:27.14 to finish third overall … Also saw success in the DMR at the Gamecock Challenge, winning with a time of 9:44.41 to set a new Carolina Indoor Track & Field facility record … Scored in the indoor mile at the SEC Indoor Championship, finishing fourth overall with a mark of 4:05.28 … Opened the season with the third fastest indoor 3K in program history, running a personal best time of 7:59.30 to finish fifth overall … Won his mile opener in the Gamecock Challenge, running 3:59.44 for the victory … Clocked a personal best time in the mile at the Scarlet & White Invitational, running 3:57.73 for the third fastest indoor 1500m in Gamecock history.

Competed in just three meets but made his presence felt as part of the program’s first ever SEC Indoor DMR championship team … Ran the leadoff leg of the SEC gold medal DMR team that turned in a time of 9:34.50 to earn First Team All-SEC honors … In addition, the DMR time set a new Carolina indoor record … Turned in the third fastest indoor mile in program history at the David Hemery Valentine Invite, running a PR time of 4:01.11 … Also turned in the third fastest indoor 3K time in Gamecock history when he finished 11^th at the SEC Indoor Championship with a collegiate best time of 8:02.87.

Outdoor
Appeared in five meets during his first outdoor season with the Gamecocks, primarily running the 1500m … Ran the 1500m at the NCAA East Regional, finishing 11^th overall with a time of 3:42.32 … Also ran the 1500m at the SEC Championship … Opened his season at the Tom Jones Invitational in the 1500m, running 3:41.63 to finish fourth, clocking the second fastest 1500m in program history … Two weeks later, he ran his lone 800m race of the season and finished second at the Charlotte Invitational with the 10^th fastest time in Gamecock history at 1:48.97.
