Kelsey Hill Bio
Kelsey returns to the cross country team as a redshirt freshman.
In high school, she was a two-time all-county and all-region selection. She was named Freshman Runner of the Year after earning all-state honors and becoming the first freshman to win the Arundel County championships.
Kelsey was named team captain as a junior and senior.
Her parents are Bill and Terri Hill.
