Indoors: Competed individually in the 200m… finished in the top-five at three meets… ran a PR of 23.60 in a third-place finish at the Tiger Tuneup… placed 17th at the SEC Championships, with a mark of 23.97… did her best work as part of the 4x400m relay… led the relay squad to three podium finishes, including a victory at the Armory Invitational… the 4×4 unit ran a season-best 3:32.14 at the NCAA Championships to finish ninth and earn second-team All-America honors.
Outdoors: Posted one of Carolina’s finest seasons ever in the 400m hurdles… won regular-season titles at the Weems Baskin Invitational and the Florida Relays… her Florida time of 56.35 was tops in the nation for three weeks… captured the SEC Championship in the event, running a personal-best 55.97 in the finals… her 400mH SEC title was the seventh in Carolina history and the first since 2005… her time of 55.97 ranks fourth in Gamecock history… entered the NCAA East Regional as the No. 1 seed in the 400mH… finished 18th in prelims to earn a spot in the NCAA quarterfinals, but did not advance to Eugene individually… did qualify for the NCAA Championships in the 4x100m relay… led the 4×1 squad to four victories in the regular-season and a 12th-place finish at the East Regional… once in Eugene, led the 4×1 squad to a 14th-place finish and second-team All-America honors… the All-America finish was her 10th as a Gamecock, making her the 11th Gamecock female to earn 10 or more All-America accolades.
2016
Indoors: Did not compete.
Outdoors: Made a major impact on the team after missing the entire 2015 outdoor season… Olympic Trials qualifier in the 400m hurdles… national qualifier in the 400m hurdles, and as part of the 4×100 and 4x400m relay teams… second team All-American in the 400m hurdles after placing 14th overall… won bronze at nationals with her 4x400m relay team… finished 10th in the 400m hurdles at the East Regional, thanks to a new personal best of 56.45… helped the 4x400m relay win silver at SECs with a time of 3:28.53, the eighth-fastest time in school history (best since 2007)… also scored with her 4x100m team at SECs, finishing eighth overall.
2015
Indoors: Ran her best 60 of the season at the Virginia Tech Invite, placing second… finished fourth in the 60m at the Armory Invite, running a 7.51 final… opened the season with a win in the 200 at the Orange and Purple Classic (24.05)… ran on the team’s top 4×4 group.
Outdoors: Did not compete.
2014
Indoors: Entered the Gamecock’s all-time top 10 in the 60-meter hurdles, posting an 8.37 to win the Virginia Tech Challenge…narrowly missed finals at SEC Indoor Championships in the high hurdles, taking 11th with a time of 8.44…helped South Carolina to a 4×4 win at the prestigious Armory Collegiate Invitational (3:37.79)…ran the third leg on the Gamecocks’ 4×4 at the NCAA Indoor Championships, helping the team to their best time of the season at 3:33.95 and getting on the podium with a seventh place finish.
Outdoors: Took second in the 110mH at the Shamrock Invite (13.98)…ran a personal best 13.61 to finish third at the Bill Carson Invite…took sixth place at SEC Outdoors with a then-season best 57.74 and turned in a lifetime best performance at NCAA Prelims, laying down the fastest time of her career in prelims at 56.96 and then returned to the track in the quarterfinals to post a 56.65, the No. 5 time in school history…finished 19th at her second NCAA Outdoors with a time of 59.92…in addition to 400mH, also helped the 4×1 relay to a 12th place finish at Hayward field (44.54) and the 4×4 to 16th at 3:36.09…a busy weekend at Penn Relays included a fourth place finish in the collegiate division 4×1 (45.12), a third place finish in the Championship of America 4×2 (1:33.00) a second place finish in the shuttle hurdle relays (55.21) and a fourth place finish in the collegiate 4×4 (3:35.81)…4×4 finished fifth at SEC Outdoors (3:35.49) and posted a season-best 4×4 time of 3:35.38 at NCAA East Preliminary…4×1 took sixth a SEC Outdoors (44.50) and went on to qualify for NCAA’s with a season best 44.20 at Prelims…continued her season at USATF Senior Outdoor Championships, advancing through the prelims (58.16) and into the semifinals, ultimately finishing 12th (58.49).
2013
Indoors: Ran the high hurdles and the 200m…ran her fastest 60mH time of the season at the Tyson Invitational (8.58)…took 13th at her first SEC Indoor Championships in the hurdles with a time of 8.63…also ran the 200m, finishing 16th at the prestigious Armory Collegiate Invitational with a time of 24.52…came in 18th place at SEC Indoors in the 200m (24.21)…a member of the 4x400m relay team that won silver at the SEC Indoor Championship (3:33.68) and finished 10th at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3:35.49).
Outdoors: Posted her first sub-1:00 time at the SEC Outdoor Championship in the prelims, with a time of 58.52…two days later in the finals, was leading the race before hitting the next-to-last hurdle, got up to finish the race and score for the Gamecocks…qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries with her run at SEC Outdoors, sprinted to the eighth-fastest 400mH time in school history at 57.40 in the prelims at the NCAA East Preliminaries…in the finals, qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships with her ninth-place finish…took 16th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships at Historic Hayward Field…ran the first leg on the 4x100m relay that finished in sixth place at the NCAA East Preliminary with the fastest Gamecock time of the season (44.62)…moved on the Eugene for the NCAA Championships…foursome finished in 11th place with a time of 44.84…went on to run at the USATF Junior Championships, where she qualified for the finals with the fifth-fastest time in the field (59.40) and took fourth overall in the finals (58.83) to finish her season.
