OUTLOOK: As a freshman ran in USC[apos]s top 7 all season; last year she slid down the depth chart; has since made a pledge to be the athlete she was capable of being – training very hard this summer … coach believes her hard work will allow her to run in the low 18[apos]s for 5K … spent most of her summer in Costa Rica studying, giving her training a unique twist.
COLLEGE: In 2005, was among Carolina[apos]s top seven runners … finished fifth for USC at the SECs … placed seventh for USC at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in cross country and track and field for four years … also a four-year state qualifer and a four-year first team all-league selection, while earning first-team All-Southwest Region honors.
PERSONAL: Born on Feb. 3, 1987 to Bob and Barb Robers.
