2009: NCAA Indoor and Outdoor All-American in the 4x400m relay … SEC gold medalist as the anchor leg of the 4x400m relay team that also placed ifth at the NCAA Indoor Championships … SEC bronze medalist and NCAA East Region silver medalist as leadoff leg of the relay team … ran anchor for NCAA Outdoor Championship relay that finished eighth … indoors, competed in the 400m individually … opened the season at the New Balance Collegiate with a time of 54.87 … ran a season best 54.49 to claim eighth at the Tyson Invitational … placed seventh overall at the SEC Indoor Championships at 54.58 … outdoors, competed in three meets … ran an outdoor best 54.98 to take fourth at the UNC Elite Meet … finished 11th at the SEC Outdoor Championships at 55.70.
