Competed six times for the Gamecocks… won the season-opening Weems Baskin Invitational with a throw of 143-11, which was a season best… added a podium finish at the USC Open, finishing third at 132-5… finished 12th at the SEC Championships, hitting 134-4 in her final collegiate meet.

2016
Did not compete.

2015
Javelin specialist… NCAA East Regional qualifier… opened the Spring with a new personal record, throwing 151-2 to take second at the Shamrock Invite… her new PR ranks third in program history… finished third at the Bill Carson Invite (138-10)… placed 10th at the Penn Relays (141-7)… came in 21st at the SEC Championships (130-3)… finished 45th at the NCAA East Regional.

2014
Indoor: Entered the weight throw once, placing 11th at the Gamecock Indoor #1 (12.06m // 39-07.00).
Outdoor: Concentrated on the javelin, posted four top five finishes, including a win at the USC Outdoor Open with a throw of 40.24m // 132-00…hit a season-best throw of 134’11” (41.12m) at SEC Outdoors to take 14th

2013
Won the javelin at the Weems Baskin Invitational, her first collegiate meet, with the third-best throw in school history at 139-1 (42.39m)… finished in 12th place at Penn Relays with a throw of 136-09 (41.69m) and took 16th at her first SEC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 135-05 (41.28m).

HIGH SCHOOL
Best in the javelin of 149’10 while competing at Parkland High School in Allentown, PA…two-time LVIAC gold medal in the javelin…holds the District XI record in the javelin, winning a gold and silver medal in District XI championships…placed 13th at the USATF Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Also lettered in basketball.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Ronald and Kathryn Hassler… three siblings, Kristin, Kaila, and Nick… also considered Oregon, Arizona State, Temple, Bucknell and Illinois State.
