2016
Indoor: Competed in two pentathlons, with a top score of 3,690 points at the Penn State National meet… also competed in the pentathlon at SECs, where she finished 12th with 3,488 points… won the college high jump at the Tyson Invite with a mark of 1.71m.
Outdoors: Had a weekend to remember at the Bulldog Multis meet, where she set new PRs in six of the seven events in the heptathlon to finish with a score of 5,423 points… that score puts her third in program history for the event… at the SEC championships, she set new PRs in the shot put and javelin and finished eighth in the heptathlon… qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the high jump, where she finished 21st overall.

2015
Indoor: Continued to compete in the multis along with the jumps… won the 55-meter hurdles at the Gamecock Invite (8.28)… hit a top high jump mark of 5-8 to take third at the Virginia Tech Invite… in her only completed pentathlon of the season, she finished third at the Bob Pollock Invite with 3,754 points.
Outdoor: Did not compete.

2014
Indoor: Made tremendous strides in all events after taking a redshirt year in 2013…set a new lifetime best at least once in each pentathlon event as well total points…on her way to breaking the 4,000 point barrier at SEC Indoors, set new PRS in the long jump (5.47m // 17-11.50), shot put (11.84m // 38-10.25) and the 800 meters (2:20.63) and point total of 4,107 is No. 2 in school history…ultimately finished fifth in the pentathlon at SECs…qualified for NCAA Indoors, finishing 16th with 3,968 points…earlier in the year at the prestigious Armory Collegiate Invitational, achieved the second-best high jump mark in school history with a clearance of 5’10 f” (1.79m) to finish second behind teammate Jeannelle Scheper…in the high jump at SEC Indoors, finished sixth with a clearance of 5’8″ (1.73m).
Outdoor: Continued her upward trend…two days after setting a personal best of 5’10” (1.78m) in the high jump portion of the SEC Outdoor heptathlon, captured silver in the high jump with a leap of 5’9 f” (1.77m)…clearance of 5’10” is third-best in school history…set a PR in the heptathlon at Mt SAC with a total of 5,215 points before finishing seventh at SEC Outdoors to score with the sixth-best point total in school history at 5,254 points…posted bests of 25.32 in the 200m, 2:19.52 in the 800m, 13.97 in the 100mH, 5’10” in the high jump, 18’5 f” (5.63m) in the long jump, 36’4″ (11.07m) in the shot put and 89’7″ (27.30m)…set five personal bests (800m, 100mH, high jump, shot put and javelin) at SEC Outdoors.

Indoor: Competed in the pentathlon… top marks of 9.12 in the 60m hurdles at the Tiger Paw Invitational, 5-07 (1.70m) in the high jump…16-06 (5.03m) in the long jump,2:26.71 in the 800m at the SEC Indoor Championships…28-07.75 (8.73m) in the shot put at the Gamecock Invitational…placed 11th in the pentathlon at the SEC Indoor Championships with 3,460 points.
Outdoor: Competed in the heptathlon… top marks of 27:04 in the 200m, 5.05.75 (1.67m) in the high jump,16-00.25 (4.88m) in the long jump and 60-02 (18.33m) in the javelin at the SEC Outdoor Championships…best of 2:27.93 in the 800m and 29-01 (8.86m) in the shot put at the Shamrock Invitational…14.99 in the 100m hurdles at the Spec Towns Invitational…finished ninth in the heptathlon at the SEC Outdoor Championships with 4,209 points.

HIGH SCHOOL
Top times of 8.88 in the 60m hurdles, 14.27 in the 100m hurdles and 44.57 in the 300m hurdles … also top marks of 5’8 in the high jump, 17’2 3/4 in the long jump and 4,419 points in the heptathlon … placed second in the heptathlon at the 2011 New Balance Outdoor…competed in the 200m and 100m hurdles at the USATF National Junior Olympics … the top ranked high jumper in North Carolina and ranked No. 40 in the nation … took 12th at the New Balance Indoor Nationals in the high jump and 16th in the 60m hurdles … competed as a multi-event athlete at the USATF National Junior Olympics, registering 4,397 points.
