2018
Indoors: Did not compete.
Outdoors: Finished her Gamecock career running the 100m, 200m and 400m as well as the 4x400m relay… finished seventh in the 400 at the USC Open and 32nd at her final SEC Championships… led the 4×4 to a victory at the USC Open and a college division win at Penn Relays… the latter time, 3:37.30, booked Carolina’s ticket to the NCAA East Regional… was an alternate on the 4×4 squad at regionals and the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

2017
Indoors: Ran the 200m and the 400m individually… finished second in the 200 at the Vanderbilt Invitational… earned two podiums in the 400… ran a season-best 53.83 in the prelims of the SEC Championships to earn a spot in the final… fell in the SEC 400m finals and was unable to finish… did great work on the 4x400m relay, including a victory at the Armory Invitational… led the 4×4 squad to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Championships, running a season-best 3:32.14 to finish ninth.
Outdoors: Did not compete.

2016
Indoors: Claimed her first All-America honor as an individual after placing 13th at the NCAA championships in the 400m… had a breakout season in the 200m and 400, hitting personal bests at both distances… ran 23.65 to place fifth in the 200m at the Tyson Invite… improved her time over four-straight races in the quarter mile, peaking at the SEC Championship where she ran 52.34 to win bronze… ran on the team’s 4x400m relay as well.. her 4×4 team won the Armory Invite… the mile relay scored for the team at SECs with a sixth-place finish.
Outdoors: Had a spring cut short due to injury… finished second in the 200m at the Shamrock Invite, running a PR of 23.65 (1.3)… won the 400m at the Yellow Jacket Invite (53.25)… hit a personal best for the 400m at the Florida Relays, where her time of 53.03 was good for seventh… also ran on the team’s 4×1, 4×2 and 4×4 relays… her 4x200m relay team won the Shamrock Invite and finished fourth at the Florida Relays… her 4x100m relay team won the Yellow Jacket Invite and came second in two other races.

2015
Indoor: Ran as the team’s top 400 competitor… opened the season with a second-place finish at the Orange and Purple Classic (54.35)… finished fourth at the Armory Invitational (54.53)… saved her best performances for the SEC Championship, running a season-best time to qualify for the finals, then topped that in the finals to finish fifth and score for the team (53.15).
Outdoor: Finished second at the Bill Carson Invite with a time of 54.54… ran her top 400 of the season at the SEC Championships, finishing 11th in the prelims at 54.31… also ran on the team’s 4×1 and 4×4 relay teams… qualified for the 4×1 finals at the Penn Relays, where the team finished fifth overall… won the 4×4 relay at the Bill Carson Invite… set the team’s top time of the season in the 4×4 at the SEC Championships, with a time of 3:36.48 that was almost eight seconds faster than the previous best.

2014
Indoor: Saved her best 400 for SEC Indoors, clocking a personal record of 53.83 to finish 11th…helped the Gamecocks to a wins in the 4×200 (1:37.18) and 4×400 (3:37.79) meter relays at the prestigious Armory Collegiate Invitational…ran the second leg on the Gamecocks’ SEC Indoor runner up 4×4 relay (3:35.02) and went on to NCAA Indoor Championships, turning in a podium performance with their fastest time of the season at 3:33.95 to take seventh place.
Outdoor: 400-meter dash specialist… Ran her three fastest times of the season in her final three races – finished 11th at the SEC Outdoor Championships with a 53.72, ran a 53.66 in the first round at the NCAA East Preliminary and narrowly missed an NCAA bid, finishing 15th with a personal best 53.21 in the quarters at NCAA Prelims…a prominent piece of the Gamecocks’ 4×4, helping them to a fifth-place finish at SEC Outdoors (3:35.49), helping them earn an NCAA bid with a season-best 3:35.38 at the NCAA East Preliminary Round and then placing 16th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (3:36.09) for Second Team All-America honors…continued her season at USATF Outdoor Senior Championships, advancing out of the preliminary round with a time of 54.15, but did not start her semifinal race.

HIGH SCHOOL
Earned letters for indoor and outdoor track, basketball and soccer while attending Granville Central High School…holds personal bests of 12.05 in the 100m, 24.04 in the 200m, 54.92 in the 400m, 2:33.60 in the 800, and 17-11 in the long jump.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Halima Haith-Paylor…mother Halima ran track and field at North Carolina Central…father Brian Seagraves played men’s basketball at North Carolina A&T…also considered Mississippi State, Oklahoma and North Carolina.
