2018
Indoors: Took part in the 400m and 500m in her final indoor season… placed sixth in the 500 at the Dr. Sander Invitational… took 29th in the 400 at the SEC Championships… led the 4x400m relay to a second-place finish at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational and the distance medley relay to a 12th-place result at the SEC Championships.
Outdoors: Was one of Carolina’s top 400m runners in her final collegiate season… took part in five events individually, including a fourth-place result at the Weems Baskin Invitational and a victory at the USC Open… ran a season-best 54.35 at the SEC Championships, when she finished 16th… was part of the 4x400m relay squad that won the Weems Baskin Invitational, the USC Open and the Penn Relays collegiate championship… guided the 4×4 to a seventh-place finish at the NCAA East Regional with a season-best time of 3:33.22… ran her final collegiate race at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, as the Carolina 4×4 squad finished 17th.

2017
Indoors: Ran the 400m individually at three meets… won the Armory Invitational in 53.57, a season best… was a big part of the 4x400m relay team…including second place finishes at the Vanderbilt and Razorback meets and a victory at the Armory Invitational… finished ninth at the NCAA Championships, running a season-best 3:32.14 to earn second-team All-America status.
Outdoors: Specialized in the 400m individually… won the season-opening Hurricane Invitational in 54.07… placed 13th at the SEC Championships in 53.56… qualified for the NCAA East Regional, where she advanced from the first round with another run of 53.56… ran a season-best 53.28 in the NCAA quarterfinals, but finished 22nd and did not advance… part of the 4x400m relay squads that won the Weems Baskin Invitational and USC Open… qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 4×4 relay.

2016
Indoors: Did not compete.
Outdoors: Earned All-American honors as part of the 4x400m relay… regional qualifier in the 400m… showed major signs of improvement after missing the 2015 season due to injury… posted a time of 53.61 to take 13th in the SEC Championship prelims for the 400m… ran her top time of the season at the regional meet, crossing in 53.54 for 29th place… emerged as a vital member of the mile relay, moving into a permanent role as the anchor leg at the Penn Relays, where the team finished fourth… helped the relay win silver at SECs with a time of 3:28.53, the eighth-fastest time in school history (best since 2007)… won bronze at nationals with the mile relay.

2015
Indoor: Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 800 at the Orange and Purple Classic (2:18.18)… won the 400 at the Hokie Invite (54.92)… ran her top 400 time en route to a win at the Armory Invitational, crossing in 53.83.
Outdoor: Did not compete.

2014
Indoor: Won back-to-back meets at the Hokie Invite and the Hilton Garden Invite…finished second with a then personal record 53.33 at the prestigious Armory Collegiate Invitational, where she also ran leadoff on the winning 4×4…earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors for her performance at the Armory…lowered her PB to 53.10 in the prelims of the SEC Indoor Championships to qualify for finals, but was DQ’ed… the Gamecocks 4×4 team took second at SEC Indoors with a 3:35.02 and then earned a place on the podium at NCAAs, running a season-best 3:33.95 to finish seventh.
Outdoor: Named SEC Co-Freshman of the Week after the her performance at the Shamrock Invitational, the Gamecocks’ first outdoor meet of the season, as she was a part of three wins at meet record pace, in the 400m, 4×2 and 4×4 to help the Gamecocks to a win the scored meet…season best came at the Shamrock Invite with a 52.89…took second at the Bill Carson Invite (53.43) and did not run for another month until SEC Outdoors, where she finished 14th…NCAA East Preliminary Round participant, but did not finish her race.

HIGH SCHOOL
Won indoor nationals in the 400m in 2013 with a time of 53.43. Placed second in the Brooks PR meet in 2012 with a time of 53.53 and the following year placed first with a 54.37… Broke state records in the 300m, 400m, and the 600m as a junior in high school…holds outdoor PRs of 52.67 in the 400m, 24.04 in the 200m and 12.03 in the 100m…indoor personal bests of 53.43 in the 400m, 2:18 in the 800m, 25.18 in the 200m.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Cynthia Agnew and Russell Holmes…has two siblings, Kyle Holmes and Jocelyn Rogers… also considered Texas A&M, Florida, UCF and Indiana.
