Competed in the high jump in seven indoor meets during his sophomore season, finishing Top-5 in all seven events … Began the season with back-to-back jumps of 2.08m (6-9.75) to claim the podium in the Orange and Purple Elite as well as the Gamecock Opener … Also captured a win in the South Carolina Invitational when he cleared 2.07m (6-9.50) … Tallied his season-best jump of 2.13m in the Tiger Paw Invite on Feb. 12, placing fourth overall … Scored at the SEC Indoor Championship when he cleared 2.11m (6-11) to finish fourth … Cleared 2.10m (6-10.75) in each of his last three meets.

Outdoor

Earned Second Team All-America and Second Team All-SEC during the outdoor campaign … Competed in nine meets, all in the high jump … Started the outdoor season off with a high jump of 2.10m (6-10.75) to place fourth in the Tiger Track Classic … Finished second at the Weems Baskin (2.07m/6-9.50) and the Gamecock Invitational (2.15m/7-0.50) … Saved his best jumps for when it mattered most, placing third at the SEC Outdoor Championship with a mark of 2.18m (7-1.75) and eighth at the NCAA East Regional with the same PR mark of 2.18m (7-1.75) … Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championship where he placed 15^th with a height of 2.10m (6-10.75) to capture Second Team All-America honors.

2021
Indoor

Competed in the high jump at six meets … Tied for third in the high jump at the SEC Championships, clearing 2.08m/6-9.75 … Cleared his personal-best height of 2.15m/7-0.50 to take second at the USC Indoor Open … Won the Gamecock Opener high jump with a height of 2.14m/7-0.25 … Was the runner-up in the high jump at the Bob Pollock Meet … Finished third at the Carolina Challenge and the South Carolina Invitational.

Outdoor

Competed in the high jump at the East Regional … Did not make height at the East Regional … Finished sixth at the SEC Championships in the high jump, clearing 2.12m/6-11.50 for his season-best jump … Won the high jump at the Gamecock Invitational with a mark of 2.05m/6-8.75 … Cleared 2.10m/6-10.75 or better at the SEC Championships, Tiger Track Classic and the Florida Relays … Earned four top-five finishes and seven top-10 finishes throughout the year.
