2011-12 (SENIOR): Ended her career ranked No. 8 in career SEC singles wins with a 23-11 record … Her 67.6 percent winning percentage in SEC singles matches ranks No. 4 on the all-time list … Has the second most No. 2 singles victories in SEC play with a 15-6 mark … Began the fall ranked No. 68 in the nation … Played doubles almost exclusively with Jaklin Alawi and appeared at No. 1 doubles in all dual matches … Went 10-6 playing with Alawi and finished the year ranked No. 48 in doubles with her … Still posted a No. 78 singles ranking in the final poll despite her limited playing time … Had an outstanding showing at the ITA/Riviera All-American Qualifying Tournament in October … Defeated then-No. 57 Annie Goransson of California in three sets, winning a tiebreaker in the third 7-3, and then followed with a 7-6 (7-3), 3-6, 7-6 (7-2) win against then-No. 38 Shannon Matthews of Notre Dame later in the day … Lost in the next round to fall one win shy of reaching the main draw … A chronic Named the singles champion at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic in September after posting an undefeated record in the tournament … Opened the fall campaign with a preseason national ranking of 58th in singles, the top mark of her career … Held a national ranking in singles for all but a few weeks of the spring and finished the year rated No. 102 … Jumped into the doubles rankings for the first time Feb. 14 at No. 38 with Dominika Kanakova … The pair ascended as high as 34th before ending the season 84th … Through the first nine matches of the spring, Stojic provided the clinching point in singles for the Gamecocks five times … Helped South Carolina earn its first SEC win of the year with a victory at No. 1 doubles and she won a straight set contest at No. 2 singles to secure a 4-3 triumph over Auburn … Teamed with Kanakova at one doubles versus Alabama to defeat then-No. 7-ranked Alexa Guarachi and Courtney McLane in getting the Gamecocks the doubles point … Stojic gave South Carolina its fourth point against Alabama by coming back to defeat then-No. 69 Guarachi 2-6, 7-5, 6-4 … Stojic earned the nod for SEC Player of the Week following her performances against Alabama and Auburn … Won 9 of her 10 matches in singles beginning with Arkansas on March 4 and ending with Tennessee on April 8 … Stepped up big for Carolina in the first round of the SEC Tournament against Ole Miss … With the match tied at 3-all, Stojic and her opponent Connor Vogel were the only two players left on court … Stojic lost the first set, trailed 6-5 in the second and was down two match points at 40-15 on Vogel’s serve … Stojic ended up winning the next 11 points to take the game and the tiebreaker … She coasted to a 6-1 triumph in the third set to put South Carolina in the quarterfinals and avenge a regular-season loss to the Rebels. 2009-10 (SOPHOMORE): After a slow start to the fall campaign, Stojic went on to finish the year as one of South Carolina’s most reliable points … Posted a 21-6 record in singles after starting 1-9 through three fall tournaments … Stojic earned second-team All-SEC Honors … Cracked the singles rankings for the first time during the fall at No. 114 … Ranked as high as No. 83 in the nation during the spring before finishing 85th … Combined with Ana Marija Zubori to form South Carolina’s No. 1 doubles team the entire spring … The duo went 16-10 overall together … Stojic and Zubori rose as high as 14th nationally in doubles … The two ended the year ranked No. 17, the highest final ranking in school history for a Gamecock doubles team … The two qualified for the NCAA Doubles Championship, however, Zubori withdrew from the tournament for personal reasons following South Carolina’s NCAA second-round team loss to Florida State … Stojic and Zubori defeated teams during the spring that finished the year ranked sixth, 10th, 14th, 21st, 46th, 64th and 86th … Stojic’s 18-6 record in dual matches marked South Carolina’s most dual victories … After a win over Wake Forest on March 9, it was Stojic’s 12th victory in 13 matches … Her three-set win against Keri Wong of Clemson gave Stojic her first victory of the season against a ranked opponent, as Wong stood 65th at the time … Scored a 6-3, 6-0 triumph versus then-No. 27 Jackie Wu from Vanderbilt in April … Against Georgia in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament, Stojic and Zubori clinched the doubles point with a 9-8(6) win over sixth-ranked Chelsey Gullickson and Nadja Gilchrist … Stojic then beat Gilchrist 6-1, 6-3 in singles to put Carolina ahead 2-0 and help the Gamecocks defeat Georgia in Athens, Ga., for the first time since 1996 … It also put the Gamecocks in the SEC Tournament semifinals for the first time since 2002 and marked just their third semifinal appearance in school history … Stojic’s performance in the SEC Tournament landed her on the SEC All-Tournament Team. 2008-09 (FRESHMAN): Was a key component who helped the Gamecocks reach the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament, the furthest the team has advanced in its history … After sitting out the entire fall season and the first seven matches in order to gain eligibility from the NCAA, Stojic entered the Gamecocks’ lineup at No. 3 singles versus Clemson on Feb. 22 … Defeated Ina Hadziselimovic in that match 6-3, 6-2 in a 5-2 loss for the Gamecocks … Along with 2009 senior Gira Schofield, Stojic won the most matches of any Carolina player during the NCAA run, going 3-1 in singles matches and 4-0 in doubles … She and doubles partner Suzanna Mansour helped South Carolina win the doubles point in all four of its NCAA matches … They entered the event with a modest 4-4 record at three doubles, but caught fire at the right time … Stojic clinched the first-round NCAA victory against Wake Forest with a 6-2, 3-6, 6-2 win over Emilee Malvehy at three singles … Gave the Gamecocks their second point in the match with UT by defeating second-team All-SEC player Samantha Orlin 6-2, 6-2 … Was the second to finish against Washington in the round of 16 with a 7-5, 6-2 triumph over Lina Xu … Trailed Xu 4-1 in the first set before coming back to win 11 of the next 14 games … Ended the season with a heartbreaking loss to Georgia’s Nadja Gilchrist in singles play in three sets … It was the final match on court with the team score tied 3-all … Stojic led 5-4 in the third set, but Gilchrist managed to muster just enough energy to pull out the next three games for the victory … Began her season with a 2-4 record in singles before winning 13 of her final 15 matches … Recovered from a 0-4 start in SEC matches to go 6-5 on the season … Named SEC Freshman of the Week following victories against Mississippi State and Ole Miss … Earned the first victory of her career against a ranked opponent when she defeated Mariana Muci Torres of Florida International … Torres was No. 90 at the time … The FIU match on March 20 started her strong finish of winning 13 of 15 matches to end her freshman year. HIGH SCHOOL: Played Fed Cup for Bosnia-Herzegovina in 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2007 … Owned a 10-3 record in singles matches while playing for her country in the event … In 2006, Stojic went 5-0 for Bosnia-Herzegovina in helping her country defeat Egypt, Namibia, Botswana, Azerbaijan and Liechtenstein in Europe/Africa Group III B … While playing on the International Tennis Federation’s junior circuit, Stojic was ranked as high as No. 363 in the world in August 2002 and her best in doubles of No. 567 was in December 2002 … As a 13-year-old, reached the championship match of the Mostar Open in September 2001 … Survived the qualifying rounds of the BMW Junior Championships of Luxembourg, beating Maraike Biglmaier 6-1, 2-6, 6-1 to reach the main draw … After winning her first match in the main draw, Stojic lost to Nicole Vaidisova, a current professional who has been ranked in the top 10 in the world, in the round of 16 … In August 2002, she won three qualifying matches in straight sets at the Fischer Junior Open der Stadt Wels … Won her opening-round match of the main draw 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 against Antonia Toth before falling to Ekaterina Bychova in the round of 16 … Had over 50 singles victories for her career playing ITF events.
