2005-06 (JUNIOR): Went 14-7 overall in singles and was 6-9 in doubles … Held a 3-2 record in dual matches in singles … After losing three of her first five matches, she went on a roll by winning seven straight contests before falling in the SEC Coaches Fall Classic championship to Alabama[apos]s Melissa Day in three sets … Defeated players from Auburn and LSU during her winning streak … Finished the fall with a 9-4 record in singles and was 4-5 in doubles … Opened up the spring playing in a tournament in Las Vegas … Went 2-1 at the event with wins against Erica Schewer of Arizona State and Jessica Leck from Stanford … Posted dual match singles victories against College of Charleston and Davidson at the No. 5 position … Won the first SEC match of her career by downing Daysi Espinal of LSU in straight sets 6-3, 7-6(6) at six singles … Played in matches with Arkansas and Kentucky as well … Earned a spot on the Dean[apos]s List for the fall semester … Was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll for the third consecutive year … One of two Gamecocks named an ITA Scholar-Athlete. 2004-05 (SOPHOMORE): Totaled an 11-6 singles mark overall and ended the season with a three-match winning streak … Had a five-match winning stretch during the fall where she defeated players from Boston, Rutgers, Western Carolina, Wofford and Georgia State … All of her victories came in straight sets as well … Competed in three dual matches during the spring and went 3-0 … Her first career dual-match win came versus Tamar Huppes of Maryland in a pro-set match at six singles … Her other two wins were at No. 5 singles against opponents from USC-Aiken and Francis Marion … Lost only three games in duals … Started the season by winning seven of her first eight matches and went into the Las Vegas tournament with an 8-2 record … Registered an even 9-9 slate for doubles … Was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll for the second year in a row … Earned President[apos]s List honors from USC for the fall and spring semesters. 2003-04 (FRESHMAN): Recorded an 8-4 mark over the fall season while compiling a 5-1 record in regional play … After dropping two matches she went 8-2 over her last 10 … Defeated teammate Ayako Suzuki to win her flight at the Southern Intercollegiate tournament … Notched a pair of victories at the SEC Coaches Fall Classic against Erin Cohn of Tennessee and Mari Muller from Alabama … In doubles, Blakely teamed with Fallon Koon to post a 9-4 record overall and a 5-4 mark in the Southeast Region … The duo won its respective flight at the SEC fall tournament by defeating a team from Auburn 8-2 in the final … Did not play in the spring … Made the Dean[apos]s List both semesters … Was a member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
