2021 (FRESHMAN)

  • The first true freshman to start as the team’s main libero since the position was first introduced in college volleyball in 2002.
  • Led the team with 299 digs while starting at libero in 26 matches.
  • Her average of 3.22 digs per set is the best by a freshman in the rally-scoring era and is the second best in the program’s all-time history.
  • Reached 15 or more digs in eight matches, with a season high of 19 digs in wins vs. UCF (9/3) and Missouri (10/1).
  • In serve receive, she was targeted 389 times (third-most on the team) and finished with a serve reception percentage of .943.
  • Also finished fourth on the team with 18 service aces, committing just 24 total errors on 310 serves.

  • Born in Illinois, but became a four year varsity letter winner and earned two state championships while attending high school in Tennessee.
  • Played her junior and senior years of high school at Plano West High School after moving with her family to Texas.

PERSONAL

  • Daughter of Kini Beatty and Alan Carter.
  • Has one sister, Kamryn, and one brother, Bryce. Her sister played volleyball at McKendree University.
