Josh Madole

Josh Madole was hired in the summer of 2024.

Madole previously spent the four years at Charlotte, serving two years as sports performance coach and two years as a graduate assistant sports performance coach. He worked with the baseball and softball teams all four years, and spent the last two years also working with the track and field and women’s lacrosse teams.

He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association. He also recently completed his Champion-Performance Specialist (C-PS) certification.

Madole played baseball at Charlotte and UNCG, and was invited to attend the MLB Draft League in 2022. He earned a master of science in kinesiology from Charlotte in 2023 and a bachelor of science in kinesiology from UNCG in 2021.
