Lindsay Sprague

Lindsay Sprague is in her 17th season as the head coach of the dance team. Since starting the program in 2007, she has led the team to a top 5 finish at NDA College Nationals every year since 2010 and including three consecutive national titles in Division 1A Team Performance from 2021-2023.

Lindsay is a native of Durham, NC, where she began her dance career at the age of four. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in May of 2007. As a 49er, she was on the Golddusters Dance Team for four years and helped the team win one second-place, one third-place, and two fourth-place finishes in Division 1 at NDA’s Collegiate Championship

Lindsay was on staff with NDA for several years and has served as a teacher and choreographer for many teams and studios along the east coast. She is currently serving her third year as a member of the Executive Board with the National Dance Coaches Association.
