The sixth annual Steve Spurrier Ladies Football Clinic will be held Saturday, April 17, 2010, at “The Zone,” located at the south end of Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia. The clinic will be held one week following the annual Garnet & Black Spring Game.
Among the highlights of the event are up-close interaction with Coach Spurrier and the Carolina coaches, families and players, including the opportunity to take photos with and get autographs from the Gamecocks, a question-and-answer session, interactive football drills, a tour of Williams-Brice Stadium and the unforgettable experience of running out of the smoke and onto the field at Williams-Brice Stadium with “2001” blaring over the sound system.
Doors will open at 8 a.m. Cost of the event is $45 per person, which includes lunch, a t-shirt and numerous door prizes. Women are encouraged to register early, as space is limited to the first 600.
