COLUMBIA – South Carolina wraps up its fall swimming and diving slate this weekend as it will send a contingent of divers to the Ohio State Invitational. The meet runs Friday through Sunday at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion in Columbus, Ohio.

Head diving coach Todd Sherritt will accompany four athletes to the meet. Junior Taryn Zack will be the lone representative from the women’s team while sophomore Ryan Kuser and freshmen Rylan Ridenour and Nikolas Sachs will compete for the Carolina men. It is the third straight season for South Carolina to compete in the Ohio State meet. Zack has competed all three times, and Kuser was in the lineup last season.

“It’s the best quality meet we’ve been to so far this year,” Sherritt said. “It will also be great experience for our guys, since Ohio State will be hosting the men’s NCAA Championship later in the spring.”

The meet gets underway with women’s 3-meter and men’s 1-meter preliminaries on Friday. Live results can be viewed through divemeets.com.
