2010-11 – Team Captain…Continued to improve in sprint freestyle events…Had team[apos]s third-best time in 50 free against Alabama/Georgia (20.98); was a career-best mark…Also went a career-best 45.95 in 100 free at SEC Championships for the fifth-best Carolina mark this year…Fifth-best SC time in 100 breast (1:01.18) at Nike Cup… Part of top 200 free relay team that earned an NCAA `B[apos] cut at SEC Championships (1:20.96)…Won first career individual race in 50 free at East Carolina…Went undefeated against Pirates with two relay wins as well.

2009-10 – Provided depth in sprint free and breaststroke events… Posted career-best time in 100 free at Last Chance Meet (47.11)…Top 50 free time also came at Last Chance (21.43)… Top time in 100 breast (1:00.42) came in season-opening win against Kentucky…Swam the 50 free and 100 free at SEC Championships in an exhibition role… Named to SEC Academic Honor Roll.

2008-09 – Gave South Carolina depth in the breaststroke and sprint freestyle events…Swam in an exhibition role at SEC Championships in 50 free, 100 free and 100 breast…Had the team[apos]s third-best time in the 100 breast (59.44) and fourth-fastest in the 200 breast (2:15.50).

2007-08 – Competed in the SEC Championships in the breaststroke events and the 50 free…Turned in a season-best time in the 100 breast at the SEC meet with a 1:00.30…Swam a season-low 2:14.58 in the 200 breast in the initial meet of the season against Virginia Tech.

PRE-COLLEGE – Graduated from Ronald Reagan High School…Helped his team to a runner-up finish at the North Carolina state championships…Won a state title with his relay team…All-State all four years…Varsity captain as a junior and senior…Member of Winston-Salem YMCA…Was in the top five at Y-Nationals each year.
