2009-10 – Competed in two dual meets and the Last Chance meet… Swam the sprint freestyle events… Posted a 22.14 in the 50 free at the Last Chance meet… Touched in 49.03 in the 100 in the same meet… Missed the first half of the season with illness.

2008-09 – Competed at SEC Championships in 50 free and 100 free…Part of second-best 200 free relay team for Carolina (1:24.36)…Set personal-bests in four events, three of which came at the Gamecock Invitational.

2007-08 – Swam in two meets before illness forced him to the sidelines the remainder of the year…Recorded a 22.80 in the 50 free against LSU…Swam a 49.35 in the 100 free in the Virginia Tech meet.

PRE-COLLEGE – Graduated from Shelby High School…Was North Carolina state champion and team MVP his senior year…Helped his team to a fourth-place finish in the state championships in 2005-06…Also played soccer…Member of Sharks Aquatic Club…Is the team record holder in 50, 100 and 200 free and 100 back.
