COLUMBIA, S.C. — Wide receiver Kenny McKinley has been named AgSouth Athlete of the Week.

McKinley caught 14 passes for 151 and one touchdown against Tennessee. The 14 pass receptions tied a school record, set by Zola Davis against Vanderbilt on Oct. 24, 1998. He extended his string of consecutive games with a reception to 30, the fourth longest streak in school history. His touchdown reception was his seventh of the season and 13th of his career, tying for seventh in school history. His production helped the Gamecocks amass a season-high 501 yards of offense.
